Restorative Yoga

Supta Baddha Konasana, also known as the Reclined Bound Angle Pose, is a deeply relaxing, restorative yoga position that is recommended for students of all levels. 

In this free video session, I will break down the posture and show you how to set up the pose using props for support. You will need the following:

  • 2 blocks
  • 1 bolster
  • 4 or 5 blankets
  • eye & hand pillows

Here I have broken down postures for you to deepen your practice.  One well-placed verbal cue can expand your awareness of a posture and transform your experience.
